SHIPPING

All orders aim to be shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

All UK orders include free shipping* and will be delivered by Royal Mail unless next day shipping is selected at checkout. 

All Next Day orders must be placed before 1pm in order to be delivered the next business day. Next day shipping on orders above £50 is free.* 

*This does not include bouldering pads, due to their size.

International

Please note all orders to EU destinations over €150 may be subject to import duties and destination VAT. 

All duties and VAT are paid at source on orders under €150.

At Psychi we believe the more we can reduce the impact we have on the environment the better. Which is why all our mailing bags are biodegradable, and we’re in the process of changing all our product packaging to 100% recyclable material. Our dedication to providing the best climbing products would be meaningless if there is no planet to enjoy them in. 

BACKORDERS

If an item goes on backorder we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Some items can not be returned if they are opened.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

SHIPPING

We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order unless there is a manufacturer defect.

EXCHANGES

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
